You #39;ll be managing a small team of application support professionals whilst staying involved in the hands on element of the role you #39;ll bring expert second-line capabilities to the table, covering administration, support, monitoring, and enhancement. You will be responsible for a range of business applications including but not limited to; ERP, Core Financials, WMS, CRM, integrations solutions, eCom, MFP, MM, and manufacturing solutions. Your goal is straightforward: make sure these applications not only meet but surpass the standards in the industry and business needs. Achieve top-notch performance, capacity, reliability, resilience, security, maintainability, and recoverability. Experience Requirements: #x26A1;Experience providing support on business facing applications as listed above. #x26A1;Experience managing, leading or mentoring other support professionals. #x26A1;MUST have great communication skills. #x26A1;Proficiency in a ITIL- centric environment.
