Senior planning engineer

A great career opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Engineer with a minimum 3 years of experience to join a leading construction consultancy based in Central London. They will join an established business who provide their clients with a range of services which includes project management, planning, construction management, contract administration and dispute management expert witness. The Senior Planning Engineer will join an established team of Planners and will be responsible for planning projects throughout their full life-cycle, from inception through to completion. They will be tasked with producing construction programmes for new projects using stage 2 information, advising the client throughout the construction process, assisting the procurement team chose the right form of contract, taking the project through to site and delivery. They will be involved on a range of high-profile projects across the capital, current schemes include a 50 storey residential high rise, GBP100m high end refurbishment, 40 storey commercial high rise and major mixed use development. The role will be split between home working and the office (60%) and live projects in London (40%). The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience to be considered.
