Application support specialist

We are partnered with a UK University who are currently recruiting for an Applications Support Specialist on a 3 month contract starting ASAP. Please note: You must have relevant Systems / Applications support experience within a Higher Education environment to apply for this role. Location: Primarily remote based The successful Applications Support Specialist will: Support a wide range of HE systems including HR systems, web systems, learning management systems and timetabling systems Troubleshoot various application issues Communicate with vendors to solve technical issues Manage relationships with stakeholders across the business The successful Applications Support Specialist will have: Experience supporting a variety of HE systems and applications Ability to take initiative and recognise when problems need addressing Technical background Strong communication skills If you are interested please get in touch with for further information.
