The project is valued at circa GBP3m and will start within the coming weeks with a short lead in time so our client is aiming to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to start procurement immediately. You must have completed a range of commercial fitouts from GBP500k to GBP5m in value and been fully responsible commercially. This company only want specialist Quantity Surveyors working within the high-quality commercial fitout sector. You will as a Quantity Surveyor for this company have a recognised UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
