Quantity surveyor

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client on a permanent basis on their refurbishment project in London. The project is based near Kings Cross Station and will be a full refurbishment and a CAT A fit out of MEP services. Duties will be but not limited to ndash; * Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor * Assisting with procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers * Assigning work to sub-contractors * Managing budgets and project timelines * Preparing tender and contract documents The starting salary for this position is GBP55,000 - GBP70,000, with a company car or allowance added. Working hours for this position are 38.5 hour working week spread across Monday ndash; Friday. Successful candidates will have previous QS experience and MEP Knowledge.
