Senior Quantity Surveyor ndash; Salary to GBP95,000. Senior Quantity Surveyor will be taken on a permanent basis. Our client is a building main contractor based in Central London and entrusted with some of Britain #39;s most prestigious residential and commercial properties. They are resourcing a role for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor They are commercially setting up several new schemes involving prime residential and the change of use of an existing building into a large hotel. The schemes are in the main structural cut and carve refurbishments. They require the skills of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to undertake commercial duties involving the whole array of responsibilities from procurement through to final accounts. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a background and be competent on the day to day commercial issues of an on-going site. Other pre requisites include: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have experience within the construction London market Experience of refurbishment projects. Formal Quantity Surveyor #39;s qualification. Strong communication skills. Commercially and technically competent. Live within commuting distance of Central London The contractor is currently expanding the business with an ambitious plan to double their turnover.
