Quantity surveyor

Quantity Surveyor l GBP6.5m Refurbishment l Farringdon, London You must be eligible to live and work in the UK without sponsorship and please take care to read the experience required for this role before applying. This established, busy contractor has an immediate start for a Quantity Surveyor to work within their commercial team in a hybrid role consisting of working on a project, from their office in the West end of London and from home. This company are entering into a busy period with multiple new contracts starting on site and they have an immediate need for a Quantity Surveyor to take up one of these new projects. The initial role will be to step into procurement for a GBP6.5m commercial refurbishment in Farringdon, London. For this Quantity Surveyor position, you will have at least 5yrs post graduate experience and be capable of procurement, subcontractor accounts and general Quantity Surveyor duties. You should be capable of commercially managing projects to GBP10m in value or have completed multiple projects at lower values and complexity of up to GBP3m with minimal supervision and looking to step up to working on larger projects and potentially multiple contracts.
