Graduate Quantity Surveyor Construction and Property Consultancy London Up to GBP36,000 About the company A small, well-established Construction Consultancy who work in multiple sectors and on some of the most exciting projects within the industry, are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and thriving team based near Waterloo Station. They have built a strong reputation over the years and have a significant pipeline of work, specialising in building projects at all stages. The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry. All of whom have been responsible for the successful delivery of many high profile projects in recent years. About the role: The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be responsible for projects ranging in value. Your role will include: * Cost management, ensuring that the project remains within budget. * Prepare tendering documents * Provide Contract Administration services. * Be the main point of contact to clients throughout each phase. * Assisting in the Employers Agent role. The role would ideally suit a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is looking to push on with their career and become chartered through RICS. The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company, should they desire. About the requirements: * The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have completed a RICS accredited degree. * Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite * Dynamic and enthusiastic is a must.
