Senior Estimator roles responsibilities: - Managing the tender from receipt, through to submission and post tender queries. - Producing Bills of Quantities for production and obtaining material quotes. - Evaluating returned quotations from supply chain and liaising with supply chain members to bring quotations in line with the project specification requirements. - Preparing and evaluating risk and opportunity. - Arranging and preparing commercial documents for Tender Handover meetings. Senior Estimator experience required: - Minimum 10 years Estimating experience. - Extensive Groundworks experience - demolition, heavy earthworks, piling, concrete pouring, structural works including RC frames. - Degree educated or similar. - Excellent IT / reporting skills.
