4Site is looking for a Senior Estimator to join our client based in London. Our client is a main contractor specializing in high-end residential refurbishments throughout prestigious areas of London. They have been established for over 10 years and complete bespoke refurbishments for private clients, with values typically ranging up to GBP5m. They have a dynamic team made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about construction and constantly strive for excellence. With their current pipeline of work they are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their commercial team and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate for this role will: Have experience working with a main contractor Proven experience working on prime residential refurbishment projects valued GBP3m and higher Be highly numerate Be computer literate Have an understanding of building legislation, building materials, and design They are looking to start interviewing immediately, so please get in touch today to learn more
