Your Next Role ndash; what you rsquo;ll be doing: Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team in their London Bridge HQ. As part of a busy team handling numerous tenders and supporting the company #39;s growth ambitions, as the successful candidate you will bring extensive experience in estimating within the London market. Responsibilities include increasing the output and accuracy of tenders and attracting new clients. The role encompasses a wide range of tenders, from one-off projects to large frameworks, covering high-spec residential fit out to large hotel new builds, as well as complex structural refurbishments. Typical project values range between GBP25m and GBP50m, with some projects reaching up to GBP90m. This position offers clear paths for career progression within a growing team.
