A successful SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA who can bring a new dimension and skill set to what can be achieved in this short-term role, with potential to become a long-term placement for the right SEND Learning Support Assistant / SEND LSA. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children rsquo;s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school. The position will involve working with students across Secondary age groups, with diagnosis of Autism /ASC, ADHD, SLD, PMLD and challenging behaviours. A proactive thinker with the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary.
