Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Wirral Start Date: Immediate About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing tailored support to students in both group and one-on-one settings. Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation. Implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning materials. Promoting student engagement and independence. Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
