Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support student progress.Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young adults preferred. Understanding of Special Educational Needs and the ability to adapt support strategies accordingly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
