This would be an ideal opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to use the experience they have to flourish within a supportive school environment. Equally this role would appeal to a recently qualified T.A looking to gain experience in their first school. The role will be working on a 1:1 basis with Children within KS3 and KS4. The children you will be supporting may be working at a level lower than expected. You also have the opportunity to complete your Team Teach training too for this role on the next available course. A relevant teaching assistant qualification would be desirable. The candidate must be confident within the classroom and be able to identify where help is needed. You will need to be calm and positive when interacting with pupils.
