Mobile Maintenance Engineer London and Surrounding Areas GBP40,000 - GBP44,000 We currently have a great opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join an established, privately owned,maintenance provider. The company has been established for 30+ years and has a great working environment which is backed up with a great staff retention rate. The role will be covering planned and reactive maintenance building services across a portfolio of properties, with the flexibility of solely being based in and around London or with the option of having 1 / 2 days per week being outside central London relative to your location. Covering commercial and retail properties, the successful engineer can be either Electrically or Mechanically biased with Building Maintenance and HVAC systems experience to be able to work independently. Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms Tap Temperatures Flushing Water treatment Filters Belts General Building Services tasks Requirements City and Guilds / NVQ Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing Building Services Maintenance experience Very Client facing Polite and personable Self-Motivated Salary and Benefits Monday to Friday 8-5 GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 per annum Company Pension Overtime readily available Training If you enjoy a lot of variety in your day to day job, whilst also working for one of the most reputable building services providers with an impressive staff retention rate, this is a terrific opportunity to land a long term role within building services
