We are looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer with electrical bias to join one of London #39;s most attractive FM organisations in London. This will be working Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm (40 hours per week). You will be covering various sites within zone 1-2 in Central London. This is working on one site per day. Zone 1-2 travel card provider after probation. Day to day duties will include: PPMs Reactive #39;s Emergency Light Testing Fire Alarm Checks Working on BMS Plant Room Checks AHU FCU ServicingTo be considered for this position you MUST have a C G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
