My Client are a Facilities management engineering company who provide mechanical and electrical solutions to their commercial client portfolio in central London. THE COMPANY middot; Essex based company. middot; 14 years trading, general M E Maintenance. middot; Clients in central London only ( zones 1 2) all commercial multi tenanted office space middot; 31 staff as a company, of which 10 are office staff and 21 engineers. They have 15 foot mobile engineers at the moment and they are now looking to add to that number with a further two engineers. You will be working on a foot mobile basis across a portfolio of high end commercial properties carrying out maintenance and breakdown repair on the following equipment : middot; AHU rsquo;s middot; Pumps/Motors middot; Emergency Light testing middot; HVAC middot; FCU rsquo;s middot; Plant rooms middot; 3 Phase middot; BMS middot; Water temp checks PACKAGE middot; GBP43/45k dependant on EXP ( happy with either Mech or Elec bias but must be building services) middot; All travel paid for, up to zones 1 to 6. ( they will pay wherever they come from) even further a field middot; 8 till 5pm, mostly finish by 4pm unofficially most days. middot; Call out is 1 in 21 ( GBP125 standby ) ndash; ideally use their own vehicle or use public transport middot; 20 days holiday + bank holidays on top
