We trust and empower our engineers to operate in this way, just as our Directors trust and empower all managers to operate in this way Description of role The Air Conditioning Supervisor role is to deliver maintenance to SFG-20 and repair works and reactive services to a professional standard. The mobile air conditioning engineers role includes but not limited to the following: Proactive and innovative approach to service delivery Work to and be comfortable with the company culture Work to ensure routine services, maintenance and repairs are carried out in-line with SLA #39;s Mentor #39;improvers #39; and #39;apprentices #39; Be able you use and understand a CAFM system Deliver planned preventative maintenance to schedule Assist with technical issues on site, providing technical support Ensure all service reports are completed correctly and within the contract timeline Produce quality reports and quotations Provide feedback, both to the team and management Build excellent working relationships with customers Communicate effectively with customers Site asset management and verification for new and existing sites Work to Company operational handbook and policies Undertake site audits with Compliance Manager Undertake Toolbox Talks Form part of an on-call rota Contribute to productivity profit of your team Principle duties responsibilities Working on all types of air conditioning equipment Servicing with an optimisation and efficiency bias Coordinates on site work activity for multi person jobs Responsible for reactive call outs, trouble shooting and resolving faults Diagnosis and repair systems malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge as well as an understanding of time and material requirements Produce quotations for additional works and repairs as required Oversee Health Safety in line with our client #39;s systems Qualifications Refrigerant handling qualification (C G 2079) F-GAS qualification Refrigeration air conditioning qualifications Minimum six years #39; experience in the field A time served apprenticeship Skills and attributes To excel and succeed in this role you must
