Junior HR Advisor Part time (25 hours per week) 3-month temporary position Up to 25k per annum (pro rata) Hemel Hempstead Hybrid working An organisation based in Hemel Hempstead are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Junior HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential HR support and guidance within a vibrant matrix organisation. Responsibilities Deliver administrative and operational HR support. Provide HR guidance and support to employees. Assist with HR systems and maintain accurate records. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in HR administration and generalist roles within the UK Experience in a matrix organisation. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
