As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team at a 3 bedroom children rsquo;s Home in Scarisbrick and maintain the highest standards of care, compliance, and quality. Are you the right person for the job? QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare / Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People rsquo;s Workforce Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People rsquo;s Services (children and young people rsquo;s residential management pathway) or willingness to work towards Experience at Manager/Deputy level in children #39;s residential homes Enhanced Disclosure check required Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Relevant experience in residential care management preferred What will your role look like?
