BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in Southport, PR9. Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Scheme Manager previously or have worked in Social Housing/Supported Living background. This role will be running a retirement living service for older adults above the age of 55. Hours ndash; Monday, Wednesday Friday ndash; 15 hours per week- 5 hours per day but extremely flexible how these are worked. Temp ongoing initially with a view to interview for the perm role. Pay - Between GBP14.26 per hour PAYE or GBP16.98 via the Umbrella Service. The main function of the role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement. Other duties will include but not limited too; middot; Daily welfare checks with the residents middot; Signposting information middot; Maintenance reporting middot; Health Safety checks The roles are to start ASAP
