Sales advisor

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales advisor based in the Chesterfield area. To be considered for this role, you must have some experience in the automotive sector. With a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service, our client strives to exceed expectations in the automotive industry. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a motivated Sales Parts Advisor to join the team and contribute to their success. DUTIES * Ensure you offer high quality customer service day in day out * Ensure the products supplied are 100% correct to the customers rsquo; requirements * Communicate the company rsquo;s fantastic offers / promotions to their customers * Liaise with the logistics department to ensure all parts are delivered when they are needed SKILLS * An excellent team player with a desire to succeed * Motor Factor Sales Experience * Computer literate and ideally possess basic IT Skills * Ideally experience with MAM software (or similar) OE cataloguing sites * Excellent communication skills even when under pressure * Passion to deliver top class customer service * Numeracy and literacy * Professional Manner * A smart personal appearance. Hours are all full time- 45hrs per week, as rota rsquo;d usually 8-5 or 8:30 to 17:30 Mon to Fri and alternate Saturdays 8-1pm GBP26775 - GBP28,000
