Transport FLM Location: Bury, Radcliffe, Manchester Salary: cGBP32,652.90 (average, inclusive of any weekend premiums) + Overtime Available Job Description: Rapier Employment are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a Transport First Line Manager (Transport FLM) on the AM shift. This position offers competitive compensation, including night shift and weekend premiums, with an average salary of cGBP32,652.90 per annum. Role responsibilities: Assist compliance manager with keeping vehicle history files up to date and organised. Oversee the shift operation, being first point of call for all issues raised on the day-to-day side of the transport operation. Complete defect reports/VOR reports Update Tachometer and DHLs internal compliance portal with any changes in fleet. Shift details: 4on / 4off ndash; 04:00 ndash; 16:00. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in transport supervision is essential. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
