Due to a company restructuring they now need a head of transport to help shape the department and drive positive change. In this role you will head up the delivery / transportation division, overseeing a team of transport managers. You will at ways to improve best process / change management, negotiate with key customers and trade unions and work with the director team to shape the business #39; delivery strategy. The role would suit a senior manager, with operations / transport background, with experience dealing with trade union, looking for a highly autonomous role within a global, blue-chip company.
