Our client is looking for a Trainee Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Woodford. Key responsibilities: * Provide a friendly and professional service. * Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings. * Achieve all daily and weekly targets. * Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants. * Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all lettings requirements. Proven Specification: * Must have a full UK driving licence and own car. * Must live locally or within a reasonable commute of the office. * Well presented with excellent customer service skills * Fluent in written and spoken English.
