Overall Purpose: Assisting the head of lettings and sales, working across our East London offices Sales Lettings Negotiator - Key Responsibilities and Tasks: * Registering and managing applicants * Carry out viewings * Take offers from buyers and tenancy applicants * Support Head of Lettings and Sales * Sales lettings progression * Managing advertisements through the property CRM * Administration Sales Lettings Negotiator - Person Specification: * Excellent communications skills * Smart and business-like * Knowledgeable about the area and industry * Punctual * Excellent interpersonal skills * Professional and Positive attitude * Self-motivated * Good computer skills * Reliable and trustworthy Sales Lettings Negotiator - Experience Required: Preferably have previous experience in Estate Agency but not essential Must hold a full UK driving licence Package: GBP22,000 to GBP24,000 per annum OTE GBP40,000
