Trainee sales executive

I am working with one of Londons leading property developers who have built some of the best new build schemes across West London! This role is working in a Sales Marketing suite in Nine Elms, London selling a beutiful apartment scheme. You will be responsible for building relationships with High Networth Individuals and closing sales! My client is offering a full training programme and is ideall seeking someone with a small bit of estate agency experience, car sales or customer facing sales in retail. The role of a new build sales executive is to sell the live development, qualify the potential buyers and convert the sales in person. This role is all about face to face sales so building rapport and delivering a 5 star customer journey is key. Responsibilities: * Sell new build properties / mixture of appartments and houses * Meet and greet customers who walk in to view the development * Build 5 star relationships * Be Target driven and hungry to push on with more sales * Learn the company values and implement them daily Person Spec: * Money Motivated * Driven * Sales Hungry * Wants to progress and build a career within property This role works a Thursday - Monday working week - My client want the trainee sales executive to work hard and maximise their earnings, in the 2nd year the trainee sales executive can expect to earn circa 65k
