Senior Quantity Surveyor l Joinery Sub-contractor l London This Senior Quantity Surveyor role is with a large specialist sub-constructor specialising in carpentry and joinery packages for major Tier 1 contracting projects. Your contract as Senior Quantity Surveyor will start immediately and you will take financial control of a GBP7m joinery package for a major project in Liverpool street, London for a period of 8 months. For this highly successful sub-contractor you will be working on major carpentry and joinery packages from GBP1m to GBP20m in value for the leading tier 1 main contractors. For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you must have worked for a joinery sub-contractor on major tier 1 contracting projects. An example of the scale of projects this leading company is working on is a GBP120m+ office building in Liverpool Street and a GBP170m new build residential tower in Vauxhall. If you have a greater depth of knowledge and experience of Quantity Surveying on large joinery packages this role would be great career progression to one of the best companies in the field. A UK Quantity Surveyor qualification is essential and you will be eligible to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
