Senior quantity surveyor

A leading Construction Consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable delivering fast paced projects for national clients, across the country. The Senior Quantity Surveyor #39;s Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Senior Associate on an array of national clients with large estates that provide ample and consistent work for the consultancy. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for nurturing these relationships, ensuring repeat work and picking new opportunities along the way whilst helping to deliver the projects which use NEC4 and JCT. Sectors include: Retail, Commercial offices, Distribution centres, Pharmaceutical, Government, and Public sector. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Ideally MRICS, or at least completed a Quantity Surveying degree NEC contract experience would be a plus Retail project experience would be preferable Comfortable delivering projects from inception to completion Pre and post cost management experience PQS / Construction Consultancy background Driving licenceIn Return?
