Join our team as a Full Time Field Sales Advisor. You rsquo;ll earn a fantastic GBP24,500 basic salary with a commission scheme on top ndash; you can earn an extra GBP10,000 on average by achieving customer and commercial targets. You rsquo;ll proactively approach potential customers to showcase our full range of products and services at variable retail truck venues and pop-up partnership events. You rsquo;ll enjoy the flexibility and support you need to make an impact: making fans of the products you love, hitting targets and delivering cracking customer service with an opportunity to earn uncapped commission. What you rsquo;ll do: * Proactively approach potential customers to showcase our full range of products and services * Achieve all sales KPIs while delivering an unforgettable experience for our customers * Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, where you rsquo;ll be on the go for most of the day * Work various shift patterns across 5 days out of 7 (40hrs p/wk), including evenings and weekends * Be able to commit to overnight stays for national events where required Where you rsquo;ll work: Your location will vary from week to week and will rotate around all-weather external venues, across London and the home counties with occasional national events. You rsquo;ll be responsible for the set up and all health safety aspects of your mobile venue, including minor manual handling and occasionally working at low heights.
