As a Sales Advisor based in Battersea, London you rsquo;ll be responsible for: * Serving our valued customers on the trade counter, establishing their individual needs and offering advice on products. * Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive proactive approach to build relationships with customer ensuring excellent customer service. And here rsquo;s what we rsquo;d like you to have: * Willingness to learn and work as part of a team ndash; no previous industry knowledge is required as full training will be provided. * Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers. * Sales, customer service or warehouse experience essential This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
