Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor seeking your next challenge? Our client is a well-established, industry leading developer who is looking to bolster their team with experienced talent! In this role, you will be required to have a flexible approach and be willing to work on sites across the region; you will also be a highly ambitious, confident individual and not afraid to hit the ground running from day 1. If you rsquo;re looking to join a thriving sales team with a nurturing management team then this is the role for you! The developer has a steady pipeline so this role will provide great stability to the successful individual. On offer is a basic salary of GBP26,000 - GBP32,000 (DOE) with a realistic OTE of GBP65,000. In order to be considered for this role, you must be flexible with your working days. With your extensive New Homes Sales experience, you will manage the full life cycle of the customers from enquiry through to exchange and completion ensuring to always provide 5* customer service. For this role duties will include: * Meeting and greeting customers into the Sales Marketing suite on site. * Creating and maintaining professional relationships with customers and all stakeholders within the business. * Maintaining the CRM ensuring all customer requirements are accurately recorded. * Carrying out viewings for customers and providing them with knowledge of the site and local area. * Ensuring the Sales Marketing suite is always well presented. Key requirements: * Strong New Homes Sales knowledge and experience. * Have access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license * Strong IT proficiency. * Be immaculately presented * Be available to work on weekends
