LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent SALARY: Circa. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Manage construction projects within the Retail, Commercial, Distribution, and Residential/Mixed-Use sectors, with a minimum of 3 years #39; post-qualification experience. * Oversee projects from inception to successful delivery of the construction phase. * Demonstrate proficiency in managing and delivering small to medium-sized construction projects. * Possess excellent technical knowledge and core skills required for successful project management. Core Skills and Knowledge: * Demonstrate commitment, energy, and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects/client accounts. * Proficient in key project management tools including MS Programming Systems, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for project progress reporting, tracking, and presentation. * Familiarity with Risk Management processes. * Strong understanding of JCT and similar building contracts, competent in the role of Employer #39;s Agent/Contract Administrator. * Capable of monitoring project costs and implementing necessary measures to control overspending risks. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities. * Proficient in meeting deadlines and communicating any deviations in a timely manner. * Effective influencing and negotiating skills. * Skilled in establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients. * Proficient in team leadership, providing clear direction and fostering confidence within the team. * Conduct business with integrity and professionalism. * Display a desire to succeed and continuously increase knowledge and expertise. * Collaborate effectively within a team environment for the collective benefit of the company.
