THE ROLE / THE TEAM We are looking for an inspirational Digital PR Manager to join our Digital PR and Content team to help deliver effective digital strategies for our clients. We are seeking a candidate who has experience delivering comprehensive strategies for clients, with proven outcomes. The Digital PR Manager will be responsible for maintaining our digital PR efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of securing media coverage and building relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience working with different brands and clients from medium to enterprise-level companies. With a lsquo;listen first rsquo; approach and an understanding of what motivates people, the candidate will be working with key decision-makers to deliver business growth for their clients and Reflect Digital. Additionally, they will be expected to meet the highest standards of organisation and servicing across all client accounts, and play a central role in helping us to meet our revenue targets through client satisfaction, retention and growth alongside our Head of Content and Digital PR and Growth Managers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement comprehensive Digital PR strategies to increase brand visibility, build links and enhance our online reputation. * Identify relevant media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to pitch our stories and secure media coverage. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media contacts and industry influencers to secure ongoing coverage and partnerships. * Work closely with clients as a key partner, identifying up-selling opportunities linked to their KPIs and business challenges by attending key meetings and remaining in regular contact. * Analyse Digital PR performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of Digital PR initiatives. * Manage strong account health by tracking clearly defined KPIs * Create compelling press releases, pitches and other Digital PR materials to effectively communicate key messages and campaigns. * Mentor your executives to ensure that they develop a wealth of experience within Digital PR as well as soft skills * Be active in the agency rsquo;s Thought Leadership activities ABOUT YOU * You will have a deep understanding of Digital PR and keep up to date with the latest trends and thinking. * You have a can-do attitude and you are full of ideas and initiative * You have a strong ability to mentor and lead WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE * Creating, implementing and managing Digital PR strategies that truly deliver growth and value for our clients, and demonstrates our values of being best-in-class. * Enabling the team through processes and training to consistently delight our customers with the highest standards of work. * Building processes between the Content and Digital PR, SEO, CX, paid media and human behaviour departments to ensure our USP is truly embedded in what we do. * Enabling up-selling opportunities with our clients as a result of generating an exceptional client relationship.
