Complex Care Assistant Full-Time Location: Coventry GBP80 - GBP85 Per Day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) Starting: As Soon As Possible The School and Role ABC Teachers are seeking people to support students in school with complex care needs. Complex care schools represent a specialized sector within the educational landscape, catering to students with multifaceted and often profound needs. As part of your responsibilities, you will be tasked with providing personal care, assisting with educational activities, and supporting the overall well-being of students with Complex Care Needs. Collaborating closely with staff within the school, you #39;ll ensure that students rsquo; educational, social, emotional, physical and mental health needs are met. The desired Care Assistant will possess: Experience in providing personal care and supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), preferably in a school setting. A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check. A compassionate and patient approach towards supporting students with complex needs. Dedication and commitment to fostering student well-being and progress. Strong adaptability skills to cater to varying student needs and learning styles.
