Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement innovative clinical programs and protocols. Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction. Serve as a resource and mentor to staff, promoting professional growth and development. Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for optimization. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain our position as a leader in healthcare innovation. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional nursing care to patients during the night shift. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients. Offer emotional support to patients and their families. Requirements: Current valid NMC registration. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
