As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Assist customers in selecting the right car by providing detailed information about features, specifications, and pricing - Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features - Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, financing options, and additional product offerings - Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors Experience: - Proven experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to upsell products and services to maximize revenue - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication over the phone They offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission.
