Skills and Experience: bull; Working experience of Sage 50 and Sage HR (We are migrating to Quickbooks or Xero by end of Q2} bull; Working experience of Quickbooks \ Xero bull; Construction and project experience preferred (not essential for the correct candidate) bull; Preparation of monthly accounts, accrual, prepayments and journals. bull; Day to day operations such as sales invoicing, bill payments, expense claims, and other transactions bull; Month-end close (WIP, overhead journals, management accounts prep, balance sheet reconciliations) bull; Sales and Purchasing Ledgers bull; Cash Flow Forecasting (this includes payment forecasts) bull; Maintenance of company finance records and documentation. bull; Preparation, checking and submission of VAT returns. bull; Bank Reconciliations bull; Project Forecasting Analysis bull; Expenses Approval and Payments Personal Skills: bull; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills bull; Adaptable and flexible to business demands bull; A desire to learn and improve skillset and knowledge bull; Flexible approach and able to respond positively to change bull; A positive #39;can do attitude #39; bull; Accountable for own actions and takes ownership bull; Collaborates effectively within a team environment bull; Organised and enthusiastic Flexibility: Hybrid - Working between Central London home working
