Cnc setter operator programmer

CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer - MC(phone number removed) CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer required for a hydraulic manufacturer based in Rochester. We are looking to employ an experienced CNC machinist to operate a CNC Lathe, manufacturing special components as well as small batches circa 5s to 20s. Applicants need to be fully conversational in ISO (Fanuc) programming language. CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer Position Overview This engineer should have a good knowledge of general machining practices and have experience in programming machines with multi station head tooling, live tooling and preferably be able to operate a selection of manual milling machines to support the needs of the wider machine shop. Experience in planning workloads/component loading is essential to deliver components as needed to our engineering workshop or as per customer requirement working with the production management team to ensure a good level of machine optimisation. The ability to design and manufacture fixtures for work holding would also be advantageous.
