Factory cleaner hygiene operative

Factory Cleaner/ Hygiene Operative Medway GBP11.44 per hour Monday-Friday, 6am-4pm Are you physically fit, with a passion for making things sparkling clean, and some experience within a Food Manufacturing / Production environment?! We are currently recruiting for an experience Hygiene Operative / Cleaner to join our client, a Food Production facility in Medway! As a Hygiene Technician for this company, your duties will include: Cleaning machinery and facilities including toilets and offices Working with chemicals, ensuring accurate labelling and storage Manul handling of goods up to 25kg Working in different temperatures Liaising with various other internal teams to resolve any quality issues. Ensuring that all hygiene tasks are carried out and recorded accurately. Carrying out hygiene audits both scheduled and ad hoc. Undertaking and supporting product and process improvements in order to correct and eliminate problems which may reoccur. Assisting with deep clean shutdowns on heavy machinery Any other duties required. The successful Cleaner will have/be: Worked within a Hygiene/Cleaning role within a Food Production environment or similar Knowledge of HACCP principles and COSHH. Physically fit, with good manual handling experience The ability to work in very hot environment, confined space, and at height.
