Machine Operator (Nights) Medway GBP23k - GBP25k DOE (experience within FMCG may potentially allow a higher starting salary) 4 on 4 off (6pm-6am) My client, a successful and established organisation, are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Machine Operator to join their thriving team on a permanent basis, with both days and night shifts available meaning you effectively only work 36.25 hours a week! The ideal candidate will be hardworking and fully computer literate, with a high level of attention to detail, previous experience working on machines, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload! Duties include: Prepare machines and set them to production recipes. Prepare all raw materials so they rsquo;re ready for production. Stacking all finished products, and any other manual handling required. Resolve any stoppages with machines. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines at all times. Any other duties required. The right candidate will have / be: Experience of plant and machine operations. Experience working within the food manufacturing industry. A strong team player. Computer literate. Helpful, reliable, and confident. Quick and methodical. Health and safety awareness. Flexible and proactive.
