The Outsourcing Team is experiencing fast growth and requires a talented Manager to take responsibility for the team, its development and its direction. The Successful Outsourcing Manager will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients and the Outsourcing Team itself. You will be in a hands-on, client facing role acting as the bridge between Clients and The Practice, with a focus on the development of both businesses. Your clients will be expecting detailed reporting and analysis with commentary and realistic but ambitious recommendations to improve efficiency, maximise growth and revenue and generally drive their businesses forward. This is a group role operating across all offices but based in Farnham. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and developing the Outsourcing team * Portfolio management and ensuring teams are working to best practices with a focus on efficiency and including data insight for internal tracking * Tender for new clients and onboarding of new clients * Approaching potential new clients, promoting the firms interest * Working closely with your portfolio to understand their needs and identify new opportunities for their growth * Active business partnering ensuring informed reporting of risks and opportunities, variance analysis and analysis of KPIs * VAT optimisation with a focus on exemptions and money saving on the client #39;s behalf * Preparing and reviewing Statutory and Management Accounts * Preparing audit files on the client #39;s behalf for the client #39;s auditors * Ad-Hoc Assignments as required Software used: * CCH * Xero * Clients inhouse systems, sometimes bespoke What you will bring: * ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualified those QBE encouraged to apply * 4-5 Years minimum experience within an Outsourcing team * Those with excellent and varied industry experience may be considered * Excellent communication skills as you will be the main point of contact for clients * Knowledge of UKGAAP What you #39;re being offered: * Competitive Salary and incentives * Hybrid working * Varied role with a growing team * Tailored progression plan * Full company benefits are extensive and to be discussed at interview Please contact Halmer Recruitment to be considered for this role
