Consultancy support team executive

This Consultancy works with high-profile global brands and is looking for a dynamic, effective Support Team Executive, ideally with previous consultancy/service sector experience. The Consultancy partners with clients to unlock their growth opportunities, and the role will support the Consultants rsquo; work by producing proposals, presentations and workshop materials as well as managing and scheduling the programmes and course logistics. In this role you rsquo;ll be the key point of contact between the Consultancy and the client while coordinating multiple programmes, therefore strong prioritisation skills will be essential. The role will involve: Management of the programmes schedule and materials Managing delegate queries and date planning Creating and maintaining corporately branded document templates for use in the production of sales collateral and project materials Production of sales collateral, proposals, presentations, and contracts Liaising with consultants, associates, clients, and delegates Providing admin and general support to the Head of Operations Organising team meetings and liaising with external venues Tracking project costs and keeping accurate records for invoicing purposes.Skills and qualities we rsquo;re looking for: Strong administration and coordination skills with high attention to detail Ability to understand, interpret, and coordinate projects with creative elements and specific branding requirements Methodical, organised and able to remain calm under pressure Ability to work across different time zones, managing multiple country requirements Client awareness and the ability to be proactive in building relationships A curious, enthusiastic approach with a genuine desire to learn new software as the role evolves Office 365 with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.Hybrid working 3 days in the office near Farnham, and 2 days at home is offered.
