We are looking for an experienced Office Manager for a company based in Fareham, this is an amazing opportunity for an individual looking for a new exciting role!! PRS is looking for an experience office manager who is requires for one of our clients based in Fareham, this is a full-time Office Manager role working at our client #39;s very busy operation. Our client specialises in the distribution of commercial flooring and stair accessory products to customers across Hampshire Sussex. Industry knowledge is not essential. The Role: * Managing an office of 6 team members * Upselling products where possible * Maintaining relationships with customers * Changing the current office structure for the better * Flexible rota covering for office open hours. * Dealing with emails and enquiries * Helping the company evolve and change to the greater better. * Implementing or improving processes and procedures * Recruit, train, support and motivate the sales / admin team. * Working hours 08.00 ndash; 5.00 pm Monday ndash; Friday * Provide and demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times.
