As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you #39;ll play a vital role in providing personalised support to students with diverse learning needs, empowering them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges. Assist classroom teachers in implementing individualised education plans and adapting teaching materials and strategies to meet student #39;s diverse learning needs. Promote independence and self-confidence in students, encouraging them to develop their strengths and overcome challenges with resilience and determination.Requirements: Previous experience working with students with special educational needs in a school or educational setting is required. Available for full-time work, in order to provide consistency for the children. A genuine passion for working with children and young people with diverse learning needs and supporting their holistic development.
