Reporting directly to the Overheads Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our finance department. Temp to Permanent opportunity Responsibilities: Master Our AP System: Take full ownership of our Data Capture AP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Invoice Management: Code all invoices correctly to P L or Balance Sheet codes and manage the approval process to meet payment deadlines. Mailbox Control: Handle supplier queries and documents effectively. Aged Creditor Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to maintain financial health. Account Management: Oversee Direct Debit and Proforma accounts, assigning invoices to GRN. Process Improvements: Continuously seek and implement improvements to enhance day-to-day functions. Reconciliation: Perform supplier statement reconciliations. Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to resolve outstanding disputes. Month-End Preparation: Assist with month-end processes. Ad Hoc Duties: Flexibly cover additional duties as needed.What We #39;re Looking For: Proven Experience: A track record of success in a fast-paced environment. Organisational Skills: High level of organisation and proficiency in dealing with the unexpected. Financial Qualification: AAT or equivalent is desirable. Communication Analytical Skills: Strong communication and analytical abilities. Team Player: Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, adhering to strict deadlines. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
