Development Sales Manager responsibilities: To manage the say-to-day sales functions for New Build Developments be the first point of contact for potential and actual customers Be responsible for securing the sale of homes Manage the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets Deliver first-class customer service to clients and customersDevelopment Sales Manager requirements: Strong proficiency with IT including Microsoft applications Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Proven experience in New Build Development sales Full drivers licence
