Sector: Senior Site Manager Location: Chichester Contract type: Permanent Start date: ASAP Salary - GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 Fawkes Reece contact: Chelsey Potter (Brighton branch) The Company: National developer who focus on multi-phase schemes with a mixture of traditional build and timber frame houses. Mix of social housing and private. The role: Reporting directly into the Contracts Manager, the role of a Senior Site Manager requires you to have knowledge of: Managing all site-based construction activities Design coordination Mid and short-term programming of works Logistics Health and safety Review of method statements Risk assessments Call off materials. Quality control Coordination meetings Reporting on progress against program Issue resolution Management of site team including an assistant site managers and engineer, etc, snagging and handover. About you: The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, demonstrating excellent technical, organisational, man-management, and communication skills. Proven track record of work for a top twenty main contractor advantageous. Ideally from a trade, construction management or engineering background with a sharp eye for detail and finishes, you will possess strong planning and problem solving ability, with a positive, #39;get it right first time #39; approach. You will possess your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications for this role.
