Main Duties: As a Senior Property Accountant, your main duties include: * Managing a self-reliant team of four * Working closely with property accountants with guidance on leases. * Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for rent, including assessing ageing analysis, addressing any discrepancies, and investigating areas requiring further examination * Record property costs and oversee controls and processes * Review our property cash flow every week * Work closely with the Financial Reporting Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting * Assist in reconciling client statements * Ensure all landlord/managing agent and franchisor commitments are calculated and verified in accordance with the terms of the agreement. * Coordinate with the legal team on property contracts. * Attend client meetings * Support audits Location / Office / Culture The role is flexible with 3 days in the welcoming office space, and the rest at home Located in Longbridge, the office is modern and has a very friendly atmosphere.
